The present study proposes to report the planning and extraction of four supernumerary teeth located in the mandible and maxilla. Case report: A 42-year-old male patient, ASA I, was diagnosed with five supernumerary teeth, three of them impacted, located in the lingual region of the mandible, and two in the maxilla, one having already erupted. With this, in the present case, surgical removal was the option for four supernumerary teeth, being opted the preservation of the tooth that was located horizontally between the roots of tooth 16 and next to the right maxillary sinus, since its removal could imply a risk to end up fracturing the roots of tooth 16 and a buccosinusal communication. Conclusion: seeking to reduce the risks and disturbances to the patient caused by the anomaly of supernumerary teeth, the early diagnosis and adequate intervention are essential. Several treatment options are reported in the scientific literature, from the most conservative, such as follow-up, to the most invasive, and treatment planning should be carried out according to the case, observing the benefits and risks of each type of intervention.
