The main objective of this study is to discuss pedagogical curricula in the face of the DUA for the removal of barriers. In addition, it aims to contribute to the advancement of knowledge related to inclusion, demonstrating the importance of curricular implementation of social rights, notably education. The result of the discussion demonstrates that the challenges and limitations, related to the importance of the effectiveness of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) curriculum, still represent obstacles to the implementation of inclusive practices in Brazil.
