OPEN ACCESS POLICY

Revista Formação is an open access publication and therefore provides free access to its content. The journal makes the full texts of its publications available free of charge in PDF format, with no fees for access and/or download, thereby contributing to the democratization of scientific knowledge. No registration is required to read the journal’s content.

COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING STATEMENT

Through the Final Acceptance Letter, authors authorize the publication of their text in Revista Formação under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. Accordingly, authors retain copyright over their work, and the content may be freely distributed, reproduced, and adapted by them or by third parties, at no cost, provided that the original publication in this journal is properly cited, including the full reference and URL.

PREPRINT POLICY

Revista Formação adopts the following policy regarding the deposit of preprints: in alignment with the principles of the Open Science movement, the journal allows authors submitting manuscripts to deposit preprints at all stages of the editorial process: the pre-review version, the version accepted for publication, and the final version available in the journal’s own table of contents. When depositing the final version, authors must always provide the DOI of the official journal publication.

NO ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC) AND FUNDING OF THIS PUBLICATION

In accordance with its Open Access Policies, Revista Formação does not charge any fees for the submission, evaluation, or publication of the texts it publishes. Therefore, no request for payment will be sent by email, telephone, social media, or any other means. If you receive any such request, please report it to the journal at revista.formacao@upe.br, as it is fraudulent. The publication is maintained by the Graduate Program in Education of the Universidade de Pernambuco (UPE), Campus Mata Norte.
