UMA ANÁLISE DO LETRAMENTO LITERÁRIO NA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL

This work is the first part of ongoing research by PIBIC – volunteer 2024 – and was developed from the perspective of developing literary readers in early childhood education. It aims to understand how the BNCC (National Common Curricular Base) addresses Literary Literacy in Early Childhood Education. The research is documentary and was conducted based on an analysis of the national document, the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), focusing on the field of experiences "listening, speaking, thinking, and imagination" at this stage of education. The study used theoretical frameworks from Abramovich (2004), Bajour (2023), Cosson (2012, 2021), among others. The results revealed that the BNCC proposes an approach that values the active participation of children in the reading process, as a fundamental condition for the development of readers.
